10/10 experience honestly!! My traps were so tight and I had so many knots The lovely young Amanda made me feel so comfortable during my sports massage. She was very knowledgeable and I can’t wait to make this a regular thing ❤️

Excellent treatment. Sophie explained her thought process throughout, allowing me to understand the issue and what was causing/aggravating the injury. A really logical process followed until we could accurately diagnose the injury, and work on a rehab plan going forward.

Amanda was great at loosing my shoulder up, 3 months post rotator cuff surgery and after one session it feels so much looser. I would highly recommend AG sports therapy, massage and rehab to everyone. Thanks again
