10/10 experience honestly!! My traps were so tight and I had so many knots The lovely young Amanda made me feel so comfortable during my sports massage. She was very knowledgeable and I can’t wait to make this a regular thing ❤️

Excellent treatment. Sophie explained her thought process throughout, allowing me to understand the issue and what was causing/aggravating the injury. A really logical process followed until we could accurately diagnose the injury, and work on a rehab plan going forward.

I saw Georgia twice with a running injury. One assessment appt then a sports massage. She was really helpful and provided me with exercises to strengthen where I was injured and get me ready for my half marathon. Georgia was also just really friendly and lovely to visit, thanks so much!
