Injury assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Comprehensive sports therapy treatment to get you back to peak performance. This will include all modalities plus rehabilitation programme if necessary.
Sports Massage
Choose from 30 to 90-minute sessions, with optional add-ons like dry cupping and Indian head massage for enhanced relaxation and recovery.
Acupuncture
We offer acupuncture as part of a massage combo or as a standalone treatment for targeted relief.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Designed to boost circulation and reduce swelling, this treatment is available for up to 3 areas or as a full-body massage.
Therapeutic Treatments
Full-body massage, combined massage and Indian head treatments, or standalone Indian head massage for ultimate relaxation.

Amanda is amazing! If I could give 100 🌟s I would. An undiagnosed broken shoulder in March 2025 soon became a very frozen shoulder with extremely limited movement. Fortunately Amanda was recommended. Over 11 months, she massaged, manipulated, needled, tractioned (tortured!) my shoulder back into life, to a level of movement I didn't imagine I would attain again and did so with, not only with huge professional knowledge, but with kindness, friendship and fun conversation.
